The 3 Most Important Questions

"I aligned my life so clearly that within months I stepped into my dream executive role and began living the experiences I had intentionally written into my future”

A year ago, I sat down with the 3MIQ framework — just three simple questions. I didn’t know it then, but that moment would quietly shape the entire trajectory of my life. I wrote about: - the kind of life I wanted to experience - the kind of person I wanted to become - the kind of impact I wanted to make And I did it with clarity, honesty, and emotional presence. What followed was… serendipity. Within months: - I was offered my dream executive role in the Turks & Caicos Islands - I began transitioning into a life of purpose, presence, and emotional spaciousness - I started noticing synchronicities — moments that felt like the universe was responding - I found myself living many of the exact experiences I had written down, including traveling business class, which I will be doing later this month! Looking back at my original 3MIQ, I’m stunned by how much has come to fruition. Not because I forced it — but because I aligned with it. I paired the 3MIQ with the 6 Phase Meditation, especially Phase 4 (Future Visioning), and it is becoming a daily ritual of emotional clarity and energetic alignment.

Now, a year later, I’m going to be doing it again. Because this isn’t just a journaling exercise. It’s a manifestation technology. It’s a leadership tool. It’s a spiritual compass. And I’m excited to see what unfolds next.

Thank you Mindvalley - for the frameworks, the teachings, and the emotional architecture that helped me step into the life that I was meant to live.
