Hello everyone, I know Mindvalley for over a year, since MAR 2019 i started to listen to podcasts Mindvalley videos on youtube, over the time i was generating my own map of how i want to go ahead, however i was jumping from topic to topic without consistency..... on 16 FEB 2020 when i had "my time" i finally realized i need to organize it better... once i was scanning the information i have throughout the time and also youtube i found the masterclass for super reading with Jim Kwik - like before i went to thru it, but then a break event point happened i committed i will do the super reading quest and i enrolled, few moments later i said ok.... i will also enrolled to other quests. All this could be done as i have make my morning protocol to start up the day at 5-5:30 AM and start my day with learning new things, investing 1,5-3 hours for my protocols where mindvalley courses right now and reading takes approach 1,5 hours. I feel supercharged with this and my day already is a great day as i have done some much for myself and can throughout the day feel happy and share than happiness to others Consistency is the key, recently during the meditation with our friends i have selected a card "Patience" so true for me, as if we want to change it takes time So grateful to be part of this journey and cannot wait to expand myself to the next level to become a better version of myself Wishing you all great day PJ
