I used to love reading before this program but I rarely sat and did it. Now that I've completed the Quest, I can safely say that I LOVE READING!!!! Not only was my passion for reading re-inspired but I was able to rapidly increase my reading speed AND comprehension over the course of just 21 days. On Day 1 I was reading at 286 words per minute but by Day 21 I had reach 1105wpm (That's over TRIPLE my original reading speed!) I am honestly so happy with this program and it really is a game-changer for anyone that wants to save time and absorb more content. Now I can finally read the library I've acquired over the years!

I have make my morning protocol to start up the day at 5-5:30 AM and start my day with learning new things, investing 1,5-3 hours for my protocols where mindvalley courses right now and reading takes approach 1,5 hours. I feel supercharged with this and my day already is a great day.
