I find this program to be quite effective and life changing although it is my second day completing my lessons. The 'Visual Pacer' technique does help me to stay focused and less distracted. There are so many bad habits that need to be unlearned, and I look forward to achieve that with this great community.
That being said, I am too looking to join alliance with an #Accountability Partner(s) who are seeking for growth and progress...Leaders are Readers!
