"I recognize the truth in what Jim says about leaders being readers"

I'm enjoying my current life as an airline captain, with a couple of side-hustles. My book is The Symphony of Your Life: Restoring Harmony When Your World Is Out of Tune, and most of my non-flying time is spent around writing, speaking and teaching about the 62 years' worth of stories I've paid for with my life. 
I recognize the truth in what Jim says about leaders being readers. If I'm going to be a thought leader when I retire from flying, which I aspire to be, I need to be a better reader. Which is why I'm here.
