I loved the quest and it is definitely one of the greatest value courses I have taken since I was in school. Jim was a great teacher and not patronizing in any way. It was great to have the live Q&A call with him every once in a while and have the live feedback like in a normal classroom setting. I used my laptop to do the quest as I find the screen on the phone too small for the video. Using the laptop made it easier for making notes whilst watching.
This quest is great for anyone who wants to stretch themselves and see results right away. I love reading and I didn’t realize I could love it even more. This course has helped me to prioritize it in my life.
Additionally, it has been over a week since I completed the course and my memory is so much better than before. my brain no longer freezes up and I can recall exactly what I need to when I need to.
I’ve also noticed a rise in both my R.E.M. and deep sleep since starting this course. I haven’t changed anything else in my life so it must be something Jim taught me to do to my brain.
Sadly I had an accountability partner who gave up but I persevered nevertheless because my purpose (outlined at the start) was strong. THANK YOU! I loved this course. Excited to do it again.
