Before this program I was a high achiever with little confidence in my abilities. I knew I was smart but fel "something" was in the way of my learning. Was it confidence, learning disabilities, fear--I didn't know but I was definitely holding back.

I feel my mind and body with tried and true things that make me believe in my capabilities. I see them working in my life in a whole new way. I feel like an old tarnished penny that has been polished into a shine. I will not let this go and return to a world of complacency.
My efforts at improvement in learnng and spiritual, physical and intellectual health are no long wrought with fear, separating myself from others and general low self-esteem and dependence on others. I can't even begin to thank you all enough. I will keep the transformation going.
