Thank you Jim Kwik and Mindvalley for offering this Super Reading Quest. 
Before this quest, I would start a book but struggled to complete a chapter. Thanks to this quest I learned new skills on how to prepare myself before reading, skills that I can teach my grandchildren. Like my favorite reading techniques and the infinity exercise. Using the visual pacer, the 3 R's- read, rite & relate, eye fixation, & skimming.
 Still working on my juggling. 
My first WPM clocked in at 208 today 468. My goal is to get to 500 and climbing with comprehension. I find that my focus has improved and I'm not as distracted as before. I read for enjoyment and I now created some me, myself and I alone time.
