"I am setting the goal of reading a book a week in 2022"

Jim Kwik and Mindvalley were brought to my attention through an ad on Youtube, targeted to me clearly because I have been seeking out transformation in my life, in various ways.

Before starting this program, I had already been making conscious changes in my daily habits to help overcome depression and stagnancy. The most important for me has been daily meditation and positive affirmations. Jim's "5 Levels of Transformation" really resonate with me, because I have already seen this in my life, overcoming subconscious programming that says "You're not enough" in order to create a better version of myself. Super Reading and also Super Brain, which I completed previously, have been EXACTLY what I was needing to complement the other work I've been doing. It has been a goal of mine to read faster and to read more often for quite a while now, but I have been frustrated by my lack of retention. It makes you feel like "Why even bother?" when you can't remember it. Jim mentions those exact frustrations throughout the program, and it feels like he's telling my story, which makes me realize it is far from a unique story.

I feel so excited about both of these programs, and I keep telling my friends about them! I was hesitant to get a membership at first, because of the price, but it is truly the best gift I could have given myself, and the things I am learning are priceless! I feel encouraged and excited to read now, and I feel it getting easier to take in more information and retain it.
This is just the beginning. I believe this will completely transform my life. Being a registered nurse in a fast-paced hospital environment, I need to be able to take in a lot of information in a short amount of time and be able to make sense of it, so that I can do the best for my patients and also be able to clearly communicate with my colleagues. Reading through verbose doctor's notes when you're very stressed and have a hundred tasks to complete can feel overwhelming, but I know that it will feel less so as my reading continues to improve. This is also going to encourage me to keep up with my dedication to being a lifelong learner, as the field of medicine is always rapidly changing, and I want to keep myself up to date with the latest knowledge.
I feel eternally grateful to the folks at Mindvalley and Jim Kwik in particular for creating this life-changing content. With the end of the year coming, I am setting the goal of reading a book a week in 2022. I know I have averaged less than 5 per year for the past several years. I can't wait to see the ripple effects this will have throughout my life. Thank you for all you do!
Sincerely,
 Mark
