"What an incredible experience"

What an incredible experience! Before this programme, I had a good memory for certain things (especially historic facts, dates, events), but I was struggling to recall conversations with loved ones, commitments to which I had verbally agreed and I was generally moving through large parts of my day on autopilot. Since embarking upon my Superbrain quest, I have noticed with growing delight a renewed zest for mindful intent: I am becoming more powerfully present in my interactions with loved ones; I am revelling in sharing my progress both with the Mindvalley community and my family and friends; I am consciously considering and reconsidering my habits, both established and desired. This quest has been a wonderful tonic and genuinely thrilling. Jim Kwik is a masterful guide and a marvellous person. Thank you, Jim, thank you, tribe and thank you Mindvalley!

"I can speak for 20 to 30 minutes with no notes"

Before this program I really struggled remembering names. As a pastor remembering names is crucial. Now I can remember about 30 names. This is incredible. Also, I need to give sermons without notes. I use only a short outline. I can speak for 20 to 30 minutes with no notes. Thank you, Jim Kwik.
