Before this quest, I can not remember small things, like where I put the keys, left grocheries after I paid ,cannot recall conversation, forget how to spell words etc. Made small progress after day 1 and warm up lesson I join full access membership from Mindvalley.. Very helpful for me, slowly transform me step by step. Thank you..
