This program helped me to be more aware and focused on the present and truly pay better attention in order to remember things. I found each section wonderfully challenging and engaging. I loved all the different mental exercises we did to improve memory retention, not only to remember people's names, lists, or foreign languages, but I also received many wonderful tips on setting up good morning routines, and even improving my sleep.
As each day passed by, I could feel my brain clearing up, especially as I started doing the various exercises and incorporating the various tips Jim gave to engage both sides of the brain. I felt like I was waking up after a long sleep and the haziness I felt like I had been living in just started to dissipate! I would recommend this program to everybody.
Who doesn't want to improve their memory or clarity of mind? Not only have I completed Jim's Superbrain program, but his Super Reader course as well.
Jim is such a great teacher! He is clear and engaging. He makes learning so enjoyable and easy! I had a great time doing this program. Now that my mind is clearer and my focus has improved, I look forward to forging ahead having created better habits and found a lot more confidence in my own memory and capabilities.
