This program helped me get into routine. I created morning routine which keeps me energized throught out the day and it built my confidence to do what I believe in. For last couple of years, I have been looking to create small byte size videos to help people transform not just their energy but the energy of the people they are surrounded with. Some of the sessions introduced me to techniques where I am Counciously incompetent. Very thankful to the program.
