"This is something I am looking at as an add on to what I am already doing and working to improve"

The reason I enrolled in this Quest I would read and then come back and re-read to retain information that I was reading. A lot of what Jim talked about in his introduction material I was already aware of and doing some of it. What I was hoping to learn was new information/tools to enhance my learning process. I meditate daily as a way of sharpening my focus, this is something I am looking at as an add on to what I am already doing and working to improve.
