"This course was just what I was looking for"

I joined Jim's classes based upon my own fear of my loss of memory, trouble visualizing, recall, and ability to retain information. I absolutely fell into the groove of over brain saturation with information between work, family and friends lives, constant thoughts daily thoughts and lists of things to do in my environment. Never allowing my brain to REST... or integrate what I learned... I was just flitting around like a butterfly from one thing to another...CONSTANTLY distracted and aggressively trying to learn everything! Like most of us. I had already restructured my life to schedule the nonbrain functions... like making my bed, decluttering my home, healthy organic eating with superfoods with green juices and supplements, lots of walks in the sunshine, being positive and being around positive people, learned meditation, and being more INWARDS with my spirituality. This was lots of work and took lots of time. Proud to have made these healthy priorities. However, I needed to focus on the brain work! This course was just what I was looking for!! The real focal points and tools that my brain needed.... time to just focus and challenge my brain. Jim taught me to have faith in myself and do the work... I feel like he is a great coach and I wanted to keep going so that I could be the Super Brain that I wanted to be!! I loved the short to the point classes and homework... and it was my commitment to myself that kept me going to finish, and I gave myself the reward of having Jim as my teacher. What an honor - Thank you Jim! To Mindvalley, thank you for making it possible with my monthly subscription. That helped keep me to be able to afford this class, to keep the schedule, and gave me the drive to make myself and Jim PROUD.
