"The tools are great and I've already proven to myself that I can remember lists using a few of the techniques"

I've always had the idea of wanting to improve my memory, but to be honest had a fixed mindset of believing my memory to be bad and not able to be improved.

Now however, I see that it is just untrained and am begrudgingly coming to the realisation that I can improve but that it takes effort and consistent practice to do so. Much like learning the piano or some other skills which I have previously mastered. So although I have only started, the big thing here is realising I can improve and that it will just take regular practice to do so. The tools are great and I've already proven to myself that I can remember lists using a few of the techniques. I plan to continue putting this into action and achieving some of my more important and big goals.
