The Superbrain Quest is fun and easy to do. It doesn't take much of your time and you can easily fit it into your schedule. The program is quite dense, so you need to take time to go back and learn the techniques and methods again. I will teach these techniques so I have the possibility to learn them twice. "Practice makes Progress", just as Jim Kwik says.
