For the first 43 years of my life I was foggy, unalert and angry. 3 years ago took charge of my nutrition, exercise and anger. Followed a ketogenic diet, exercised and lost 90 lbs. I have maintained the program for 3 years and kept the waite off. Now I am building and freeing my mind. The simple techniques have allowed me to have free thought. Just the note taking technique have allowed me to pay close attention. As a side thought comes up, I can write is in the left colum and refocus back to the lesson. With writing it down, I do not need to worry about losing the idea. The bright column keeps it for me so I can come back to it later. Loved day one. Thanks! Joe
