It’s a matter of learning how to remember better. I used to have problems finding my car. I would walk around the parking lot for over an hour. I now can find my car easily. I also used to have problems remembering names and faces. I now can remember names of people I’ve just met without much effort. Knowing that my memory will continue to be OK as long as I work on it gives me so much confidence.
