Thanks to this program I am encouraged I’ll be able to “re”-grab life again. Since my forced retirement, I’ve been stalled and unmotivated to simply begin my days. I’m hopeful I can move forward again.

Before learning the sun list technique, I got to remember 4 words out of 20 and only one in order. After i learnt the technique, I could remember 13 words out of 20, 12 in the correct order. After I learnt to the list for the 3rd time I was able to remember 19 words all in the correct order!
