"Take your leap into the quest, it's worth it!"

I have taken this program while on sick leave. I had troubles with concentration, focus and on top of that, I was forgetful, what was all very troubling me in daily and professional life.
When I came back to work after sick leave, not only I didn't feel any fatigue connected to simply coming back to work after long (more than a month), but also I don't complain about any of the mentioned above. I can concentrate easily, my focus span is fuller and breaks help maintain it. I pay closer attention to what I do. I instilled small habits into the beginning of the day, as a result, I have built a routine that I like and stick to.
I've made the work, I practiced. My life now is so much clearer and happier - no brain fog and my stress is managed. I wish all people to feel how I feel. Take your leap into the quest, it's worth it!
