"Seems this program has brought me up to speed"

I haven't had any breakthroughs inhavent already had in my life. Seems this program has brought me up to speed to what I have accomplished already and that feels good, because I neglected myself and lost the habits of virtue I developed. However this program has already put me back to a favorable and familiar place. I have a motivation to maintain my morning routine, and with this pandemic happening I have no excuse to work in my self as of yet. I am hoping to have many breakthroughs as the lessons continue.
