"My breakthrough is putting in a new habit in my wake up routine"

I have just started the Mindvalley program "Superbrain"! I am after day 1.

My breakthrough is putting a new habit in my morning wake up routine and making a small speech in the mirror after the lesson. I have discovered, also, that most of the loss of my focus depends on my environment that cultivates from my childhood the detach of my attention perhaps for this reason. Not to remember. I feel I need to be in a new environment with people that help my progress and not hinder it.
