Eventually, I gave up trying to learn because I didn't think I was capable. I really regretted it as I got older.
When I first learned about Superbrain, I was a bit skeptical. I didn't think I would be able to learn an entirely new way of learning but wanted to give it a chance because they talked about learning new languages. So I bought the course and determined to learn a better and easier way to learn in hopes that it would help me with other languages.
At first, the concepts were so foreign to me that I wasn't sure if I could pick them up let alone use them to learn other languages, but the more I practiced, the easier it became until eventually, I was able to implement them on my own without any help! I am super excited because I am now in the process of learning two new languages that even use different writing than English.
I have had tons of success learning new words and instead of applying rote memorization to remember the words, I use concepts from the 9 Principles of Memory as well as other techniques taught in the course to recall instantly.
Now I'm even to a point where it takes me 5 minutes to learn 3 new words and can recall them any time I want! I also use it for difficult concepts that I need to recall and processes I need to remember (I have a background in Chemistry, so there's a lot! lol!) yay!
This course was definitely worth it! I recommend it for any who struggles to remember anything. It can be concepts, words, lists, processes, etc. It really is very effective.
Just remember that it takes practice and as Jim says, "Practice makes progress." Don't give up! You got this!
