"It is well-structured into bite-sized chunks that are easy to digest and implement"

Before this Quest, I felt like my brain is all scrambled up. After taking this Quest I feel I am progressing systematically.

The reason I enrolled in this Quest is to revitalize my brain to deal with the several things it has to do and handle, with ease and grace.

What I was hoping to achieve/learn was to take control of my thoughts, my schedules, the important things that get lost by focussing only on the urgent things, as life slips by!

Reasons why I recommend this Quest is it is well-structured into bite-sized chunks that are easy to digest and implement.
