"In brief, the feedback was that I was Super, thanks to Jim for this incredible Superbrain quest"

Wow! This is a testament of my Superbrain Quest Transformation Story.
Honestly, my past struggles with brain fog, forgetfulness, memory blanks, ANTs & limited clarity of how to realign my Environment, Behavior, Capability, Belief & values, and Identity drove me further away from fully committing to my core Motivation (my WHY factor), which ushered in fatigue, procastination, & unneccesary anxiety to even health risks.
My journey on Mindvalley's SuperBrain Quest came at a time of my purposeful self-discovery quest and its been nothing less than an incredibly empowering experience and transformative life I must say.

I started off very well, then got so challenged to keep & stay on track as it wasnt easy at all. I had to remember motivation & my daily commitment to show up & playout full to proceed even when the easiest option felt like out.

I Am really glad I didn't quit on myself nor my tribe. I have played it forward by teaching my kids & now intend to continue this with my WOW Women community as well.
My big practice makes progress was at a recent Mental Health 2024 Summit where I was invited on shortnotice to represent Employers as a key Speaker & later session Panelist. I set out with intentionality to apply these techniques I had learnt in the Superbrain Quest; so I employed TIP, ABRA, PEG, PIE, Basic association, & Besuave to recall names, organize & memorize my presentation, key persons present & their stories, etc. In brief, the feedback was that I was Super, thanks to Jim for this incredible Superbrain quest
