"In a few short weeks, I've learned I can remember the names of people through what I term creative visualization"

I took this program primarily to remember names of people but had trouble remembering the names of anything, of cities, of movies, old friends. I couldn't remember to the names of anything. In a few short weeks, I've learned I can remember the names of people through what I term creative visualization. I am introducing myself to neighbors on walks, chatting up people as I meet them, and remembering their names. I met Deborah, and thought of her de-bra-ing (a women's lib thing 50 years ago); I met Maureen and imagined her mooring at a dock with her two dogs. I met John and (well...).
And I remember them after, weeks after! I've also discovered I can apply this to many other things: short lists, long lists, movies, and that it is silly and fun. Been a joyful journey, and I expect to continue to work on my abilities. This is just the beginning...
