"I would like to thank Mindvalley and my mentor Jim Kick for giving the opportunity to improve my mental skills"

I am just starting this program and today is my first day. I feel very excited because I loved the introductions and even though I am in Day 1; yesterday I went for a walk I do every Sunday during quarantine with my friend Marta and I met a girl that was walking her dog, her name is Patricia and I still remember her name. I usually forget names very easy and even having gone trough just the introductions I feel just more than ready to enjoy and take the best of this Superbrain journey. I would like to thank Mindvalley and my mentor Jim Kick for giving the opportunity to improve my mental skills.
