Things are those
1. Too little time/always at low energy level and too much things to do like. ie.learning new skills and enjoyment even for playing music.
2. Cannot focus on current enjoyment and my mind is always kept kidnapped somewhere else of those are mostly work related. (At nature of my work is client related, I think of them even if when I was asleep)
3. Paid extra effort and not getting what should be reward and finally just set myself accustomed to it.
Thanks to this program ----
1. I want to have a change for myself, so hence I can outperform better than whom I was before and look forward to live my life with joy from there I can work with joy and be rewarded that giving my family a better environment and better future for kids.
2. With the day 1 of Quest I sensed a slight chemical reaction to myself by following the mindset. And more importantly "I have purpose to wake up early for". I surely hope this could and will last. So I will see how myself has to become.
3. With the self-taught knowledge of programming, I wish to upgrade my brain to a superbrain so hence I can make advantages of both worlds. Now... I am tuned in.
