"I was surprised to discover I could remember all the words in the exercises"

I’ve just retired, 42 years of looking after patients, I’m not sure what direction my life will go now.
I’m a dancer, I love all kinds of dance. I am also getting over two knee replacement. Now I have retired I have time to do all I want.
So I’ve joined Mindvalley. For my first quest I chose Super Brain to improve my memory… Which was appalling.
I truly thought my hectic lifestyle had permanently damaged my memory, not even able to remembering my daily diary. But ‘Super Brain’ has changed that.
I was surprised to discover I could remember all the words in the exercises. I’d lost my focus and intent, not my memory.
I used to have an almost photographic memory and thought it had gone for ever. Jim Kwik’s memory course has awakened that ability, along with new ways to remember.
The brain grooves when the body moves “ can be applied whilst I’m doing my rehab and dance practice moves.
A long-time fan of Paul McKenna, I first noticed Mindvalley because he had joined. It has also opened up many new avenues of reading material too.
I’ve plans to begin other courses, now I believe I can remember them and so benefit from the wide variety available.
 I’m very glad I joined.
