"I was astonished of what I could achieve in terms of memory and focus"

I decided to take on this program to increase my brain capabilities and self-confidence, which I had been lacking for a while. From the start I was astonished of what I could achieve in terms of memory and focus, and how this started to have a positive impact on my daily life. 
30 days on, I feel more confident and super awake mentally. This goes without saying that you obviously have to be disciplined to practice every day what Jim is teaching on the Quest and follow the steps he guides you through. 
I am ever so grateful for what I have learnt so far, and I would recommend it to everyone. I am starting to make plans in terms of travelling and Photography (which is my 2d profession), that I had left years ago. Enrolling on this program is a life-changing experience.
