"I was able to recall more than 50% of my patients' names"

As a Physician, I am expected to teach, recall names of medications and patients. I struggle significantly with this. For this, I am extremely excited about this course. - prior to starting this course, I implemented a few steps: changed my mindset that "i can't recall names, to I CAN RECALL names" and used the repeat back technique after being told the name.
I have made a conscious decision to apply extra attention to people's names during my everyday practice, and as a result of this subtle change, I was able to recall more than 50% of my patients' names for that day. I am very impressed. Thank you.
