Before this program, I was lazy when trying to remembering things. Mainly because I did not have tools so I needed to repeat myself several times so I could remember. 
During this course, I was able to apply tools to remember numbers, a sequence of words, tables, and etc... Now, I will keep applying some of the technics and teach the ones I mastered! I am grateful for this program!
