"I think this quest will help me"

Before this program I felt that my memory was pretty good but it took more time than I wanted to spend to learn some things. I have a great memory for stories, I am part of the lives of over 50 people in my clinical practice and I can always remember their stories, even when meeting them years later. However, there are names to remember as well, and with the children I work with I always remember their names, again even years later. However, they have families, they have friends and I wanted to remember their names. I now have ways to do this. I have a good memorizing memory, but again that takes time and I don't want to spend my time just memorizing when I have better ways to spend my time. I know fluently two languages and partially two others, my plan is to use some of these techniques to learn fluently the other two languages. I also had the plan to not lose my memory as I age. My mother lived to be nearly 97 and I could live as long. I am 73 now and plan not to lose my memory as I age as my mother did. She is not have alzheimer's but she did have what some people call oldheimers and became insecure because she was not sure she had remembered much of what she did really remember. I do not want that for myself. So I think this quest will help me with that and I plan to keep on learning.
