"I started this quest because I am dyslexic and have problems concentrating"

I started this quest because i am dyslexic and have problems concentrating, slow reading and forgetting what I learn fast and I hope this quest will help me over come my insecurities as well. I have been working in marketing for over 10 years and this is my passion. but now I work as a cosmetician bec. I can not find a job in marketing I feel like I have to do a master degree to push my CV and get accepted in any marketing vacancy which makes me very scary, I also have a phobia talking or presenting in front of people, I start sweating, my head turns red and my heart starts to pump very very hard I sometimes start crying even, it makes it impossible to shine in an interview or presenting my master projects or any project.
