I started this quest 2 days ago and I am super excited. I have 2 small children and running family hotel/restaurant together with my husband. We have been working so hard over last 10 years and never concentrating on ourself. Due to recent out brake of Civod 19 and spending a lot of time with children I have noticed that my brain doesn’t function as good as it could be. In addition, I’m falling asleep reading books to my children and never have a time to read a book or learn something new. I need some serious help ?????
