"I now know my memory is improving"

Thanks to this Superbrain program, I now know my memory is improving because I have been taught how to TRAIN it! Jim went into detail about memory techniques and ways we can use them in our everyday life. I know it is going to be a constant effort to think about keeping the mechanics of memory I learned in my life EVERY day. It isn't a one time, "Oh, now I learned it and have" it kind of program. It is one that requires us all to go back and PRACTICE the techniques until we develop them into habits. I found that my old ways want to just come back and play...lol. I have to keep at it to sometimes adding ONE of Jim's suggestions into my new/better way of doing things regarding memory. Everyone, including me, is different. Inch by inch...life's a cinch!
