I am seeking direction and control of my thoughts and this program looks very promising. I've had about a week's worth of mentoring by Vishen and I'm beginning to feel better about myself. Even before starting my Quest, I've learned some good techniques from intros by Jim Kwik. I feel this is worth the money and my time already.
