"I love the tactic of remembering common names with an association"

Before this program I believed that I was horrible at remembering names. I remembered them by the medical problem they had, not their name.
When I retired I shifted from being a prison doctor to an author and speaker and met many individuals at networking events and when I left couldn't remember any of their names. I love the tactic of remembering common names with an association - Like John sitting on the john or Mary holding the lamb.
