“I have improved my memory 100% enjoying every minute of the quest”

I liked the way it is designed and Jim's instructions are crystal clear. The community participates and that helps a lot. I improved my memory, my attention span, changed some habits and had fun!!! I recommend Mindvalley to everyone I know.
I am a 71 yr. old woman. Therapist all my life, and since my mother has dementia I decided it was time to keep learning since my memory was failing like 5% which was too much for me, so I went into Mindvalley and took the Superbrain quest.
I have improved 100% my memory enjoying every minute of it, and my grandchildren are in with me on the weekends, teaching them what I have learned.
