"I have confidence that I can remain mentally alert for a while"

Before I started the quest, I was afraid that my brain was slowing down with age, but I learned different techniques to improve my brain functions during the quest, and now I can recall and remember thing much better. Sometimes it even impressed my younger friends.
I have confidence that I can remain mentally alert for a while. Most importantly, I can continue to learn.
 Thank you!
