"I got more creative, and I could use that creativity when I'm reviewing the formulas"

Before I joined Superbrain, I had difficulty understanding Engineering and I would get easily distracted, mostly by inside forces (my mind). Numbers and concepts were confusing. It took me a lot of time to understand a topic. And when a long period of time had passed, I couldn't recall the things I learned. It's as if the lessons weren't buried deep enough. I'd tell myself that "I'm not good at math." or "Learning engineering is hard."
I also had been researching how to improve my study habits, but with my busy schedule, I couldn't maintain it. I read a book about how to improve my memory, but there were some lessons I couldn't understand.
So, when I learned about the power of the subconscious mind, I began to shed away the beliefs that no longer served my highest good. I was starting to get better, and as I continued my journey, I found Mindvalley. And then Superbrain boosted it. The limiting beliefs about my learning capacity were overwritten with limitless beliefs.
I noticed that I felt a lot more at ease throughout the day. Usually, I get tense whenever I think I haven't accomplished some of my tasks.
I also noticed how my morning routine helped start my day right. And I learned how to be gentle with myself. I tend to beat myself up whenever I fail to do something. I'm enjoying my life so much more now, knowing that my superpower is actually Superbrain.
I got more creative, and I could use that creativity when I'm reviewing the formulas. I could also use what I learned here in the online roleplays I do with my friends.
The best part of it was that my ANTs (Automatic Negative Thoughts) were lessened. I kept catching myself from thinking negative thoughts a lot better. I'd feel pumped up whenever I affirm my truth. Because of that, my conscious creation also improved.
There are plenty of key insights I want to share, but these are the ones I chose:
 1. Our learning capacity isn't completely fixed. This helped me realize that I can learn Engineering a lot better now than when I was in college.
 2. Morning routines help create structure for the rest of the day since our habits make us.
 3. We don't have a memory, we do a memory. By using the techniques, I improved my memory and was able to work efficiently.
 4. Learning is social, not solo. By teaching what we learn, we not only get to learn it twice, but we also get to help someone else.
The reasons why I highly recommend this Quest are:
 1. The lessons are so easy to understand. They're pretty basic, and I wish I could've had them when I was still in high school.
 2. Just by attending the class one day at a time for 30 days, it helps shed away the limiting beliefs that have been hard-wired into us since we were young.
 3. The lessons are proven to be effective. My memory has gotten better thanks to this quest. I still remember the Sun List from when I learned it a month ago.
 4. It's so much fun to learn. You'll learn a lot, and at the same time, you won't get bored. Win-win!
I intend that more people would take this Quest, especially those who want to improve their learning capacity. Wishing you all the best!
