"I desire to improve my ability to read, learn and retain things"

Hello All - I am writing this part of my story so that I can remember where I am and why I am on this quest.

As of today, I am on track to get out of my depression. A depression that has been building up over years of believing in my subconscious that I am "Not Good Enough".
Although I have had moments of success in my life I have always found myself sabotaging any success because I didn't believe I deserve to be successful. I desire to improve my ability to read, learn and retain things to assist with building my confidence and believe that I am good enough.
