"I decided to take this quest to not only improve my current memory but have the tools when I most need them later in life"

Before this program, I found that I was forgetting things and was afraid I would get Dementia that runs in my family. I decided to take this quest to not only improve my current memory but have the tools when I most need them later in life as I get older. I am extremely grateful to have found this quest as it not only lead me here to Mindvalley but to improve both the mental and physical parts that make me not only who I am but who I want to be in the future.
