"I'd love to improve my memory (which isn't all that bad for some things)and I want my thoughts, plans, and actions to become a well-oiled system"

I am just starting Super Brain Quest with Jim Kwik (just on Day 1). As I begin, I am disorganized in thought and attention. My desk is a hot mess and I procrastinate in just sitting down to get it cleared. I allow interruptions from family and friends (technology is a delicious agony). I am typically lesson planning at the last minute for my yoga and meditation classes making retention of the material challenging. Seeing Jim's 10 Morning Habits, I'm encouraged because I already do several and have enjoyed adding a few more. Journaling...ew:{ Okaaay, I'll do it. I enrolled in Super Brain to learn how to tame this wild beast between my ears!! I'd love to improve my memory (which isn't all that bad for some things)and I want my thoughts, plans, and actions to become a well-oiled system. I AM INSPIRED & HOPEFUL!! To be continued......

"Glad to finally know all these memory tips"

Before the program, I didn't really try very hard to remember people's names because I thought I couldn't, and that it might not be necessary because I could always ask again. Now I find myself automatically finding something that jumps out about the person and is a picture to associate...
