Great investment, which of course remember - when you ask for advice; take it (especially when you pay for it).
I did everything recommended, even started meditating which I had previously scoffed at thinking it was some new age deal - but after finding suitable guided mindful activities I found that actually helped. Along with ensuring I practiced all the work - I could feel my mind activating. I am now a lot more present and catch most names. Thanks Jim.
