"I am very excited to go through this journey."

This is day 1 of the program for me. I am very excited to go through this journey. I really would like to improve my memory where it will stay with me for life. My motivation is my mother and all of her siblings had Alzheimer's Disease. I realize there is a good chance it is hereditary. In spite of that, if I continue to work my brain every day and learn new techniques to challenge it and keep it active, I may at least be able to thwart the disease or not get it entirely do to good nutrition, exercise and a constant workout of my brain. Besides that reason, a good memory will always help me in business. I have suffered from panic attacks, severe anxiety and depression my entire life but I have never let that hold me back. Improving my memory will increase my confidence and lower my anxiety, especially when I have to get up to speak or address an audience.
