Before this program, I would judge myself based on my automatic negative thoughts and beliefs. I am thankful for this program, it has taught me to kill these automatic negative thoughts that I believed about myself that I was not good enough. Now I understand the importance of believing and thinking the best of myself, and for myself. I am now on the path of thinking and believing only positive and good things about myself, life and future. Starting right now, I am on my way to a positive future. I will never look back. I have decided to kill those ants. Thank you mind valley.
