"I am excited with what the program has taught me so far"

I thought I was doing pretty well before this program as I am a happy person. I have been successful. I have a great medical practice and I am able to do many things as a physician that are not typical. I work on myself all the time. But my daughter introduced me to Mindvalley on Mother's Day weekend and I have been amazed at what I have been learning. I have done one free program and now I have started a couple more. I need to take boards in 6 months and really have a hard time with them.
I am excited what the program has taught me so far about meditating and how to learn fast and take notes. I look forward to the rest of the superbrain Quest. Thanks so much.
