"I am deeply inspired not just from the Mechanics, but from the positive statements"

Upto now I have very poor memory, attention, I suffer from bad self esteem and judge myself on my memory and attention results, with work, people, relationships and habits.

I have managed so far to use one technique (the visualization and location = LOCI) and remember lists of 10 things, successfully. I also had the pleasure of demonstrating this to my kids, so using teh FAST (Forget, Active, Attitude, State of mind, and Teach) :) I look forward to being able to further relax my state of mind, focus my attention, enhance my self belief and motivation, and expand my capabilities !! Learn how to learn , and remember.

I am deeply inspired not just from the Mechanics, but from the positive statements - the coaching on positiveness Thank you Hope to get on board, and Play full out !
